Resting To Build Muscle

When your first starting out with muscle building it can be very tempting to spend as much time as you can in the gym in order to see the best gains but this is definitely not the way to go about it and it can often be hard to convince people of this.

Beginners will think you are mad when you tell them that resting is one of the most important parts of building muscle because it sort of goes against peoples general thoughts that more training equals more muscle gains.

It’s true that you need to put in a lot of effort if you want to transform your body and build muscle but you have to do things in a smart way not just go all out and train night and day.

This can be hard for some people to comprehend because they think that every moment not spent in the gym is going to be hurting their results but in fact the opposite is true. If you spend every waking hour lifting weights then you are not only going to be wasting time but you will be wasting precious energy that your body needs to be able to grow and develop muscles.

The reason for the body needs time to rest is due to the fact that muscle growth doesn’t actually happen when you are in the gym, what actually happens is that when you are in the gym you are breaking down your muscle fibres and then when resting these fibres are rebuilding bigger and stronger than before. So if you don’t give them the time and energy (food) needed to repair themselves then you are going to see very little results for all your hard work and effort.

So muscle building is one of those few things in life where by less is often more and you need to understand and get to grips with this theory if you are ever going to see the muscle building results that you are so desperately after!

If building muscle was an easy, straight forward process then everybody would have the body of their dreams wouldn’t they? but the reality is that you need to do things in the right way and follow a proven training regime to see results. Building Muscle Fast

Building Muscle FastIf you are looking at building muscle fast then you need to do a little research first instead of just going in all guns blazing, thinking that the more your in the gym, the faster you will building muscle. If you spend hours every single day lifting weights then your poor body will not have any time to rebuild your muscle tissue and begin building muscle mass fast. This is especially true for hardgainers and if you spend more than 3 days per week doing weights then you will be wasting your time and energy. I know that it can be tempting to workout every single day when you are desperately trying to find ways to build muscle fast, but you must ensure that you take a logical approach to your workouts and allow appropriate rest and recovery time.

Once you know how often you will be working out, it is time to sort out what specific exercises you will do whilst in the gym. As you well know, hardgainers have terrible genetics when it comes to building muscle fast but don’t let this put you off because it just means that you need to do things a little differently to get the results you are after. Most of my workouts are geared around the big compound moves bench press, deadlift, bent over row, pull up, squat, dips and military press. Making sure your workout is mainly based around these compound moves is very important because you are targeting a broad range of muscle groups and muscle fibres at the same time, being a hardgainer routines are quite time sensitive so you want to be able to hit the most muscle fibres possible, in the small time that we have in the gym.

Building muscle fast is entirely possible as long as you do things the right way and that are right for your body type. If you are a hardgainer then there is no reason why you should think that you will never have the body that you want. The truth is that as long as you are committed and are willing to train hard then you can build muscle mass very effectively. I was nearly ready to give up on transforming my body until I found out this information so now you too can start to see some great results just like I did.

As you now know, the most important thing when it comes to building muscle fast it to make sure you are doing absolutely everything right, that is why I would definitely recommend the No Nonsense Muscle Building program that I used because it will give you everything you need and more.
