Protein Shake Recipes

Instead of just having your boring protein shakes with milk or water, why not try some of these delicious protein shakes recipes! They are super easy, super quick and will totally change the way you take your protein powders.

(All of these protein shakes recipes just require you to add all of the ingredients into a blender until smooth)

Banana and Honey

  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Plain)
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1 Cup of Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 1 Tbsp of Natural Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp of Honey

Fruity

  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (plain or vanilla)
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup of Apple Juice
  • 4 or 5 Raspberries
  • 1/2  Banana

Berry Nice

  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Plain or Vanilla)
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup of Cranberry juice
  • 1/4 Cup of Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup of Raspberries
  • 1/4 Cup of Blueberries
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla extract

Tropical

  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Plain)
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit

Mocha Choca

  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee

Creatine

  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder (Plain or Vanilla)
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 5 grams of Creapure Creatine
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit

Banana and Peanut Butter

  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup of Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp of Honey

Banana Chocolate

  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder (Chocolate)
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup of Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • 100 grams of Almonds

Extreme Gainer

  • 3 Scoop of Protein Powder (Vanilla/Chocolate or Plain)
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 5 grams of Creapure Creatine
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup of Water

Strawberry Milkshake

  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Vanilla or Plain)
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • Handful of Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of Honey
  • 1 Cup of Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tbsp of Natural Yogurt
