Banana Pancakes
By adding some protein powder these pancakes are a great muscle building food and they are just so easy to make. With this recipe you can make one large pancake or several smaller ones, the choice is yours!
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup of Flour
1 Banana
1/2 Cup of Semi Skimmed Milk
1/2 Cup of Natural Yogurt
1 tsp of Stevia (natural sugar alternative)
Mash up the banana with a fork.
Add all the ingredients including mashed up banana into a large bowl and mix well.
Heat a pan on a medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
Add the pancake mix into the pan and cook until golden on both sides.
